GENERAL INFORMATION
A Legal Nurse Consultant for 19 years, Rose Clifford, RN, LNCC, has had an independent legal nurse consulting practice in rural Kentucky since 1995. She was an in-house legal nurse consultant to the Law Firm of Deutsch & Blumberg, a highly successful plaintiff law firm in Miami, Florida from 1986 through 1995, relocating to Kentucky. She remains an independent nursing consultant to the law firm to this day.
Medical Analysis Resources, Inc., is a legal nurse-consulting firm, which offers the legal profession assistance in the difficult medical issues of litigation in areas such as personal injury, insurance defense, medical malpractice, product liability, criminal cases and health care fraud cases.
Rose Clifford, RN, LNCC, owns Medical Analysis Resources, Inc. She is an experienced national speaker and mentor. She has co-authored chapters on Medicare fraud and abuse in several nursing home litigation books and in a nursing malpractice book. Her firm specializes in the analysis of medical records for fact, merit and the detection of fraud. Her practice clarifies the difficult medical issues of litigation by simplifying complicated issues for the jury. Her firm has the capabilities of successfully handling large volume cases, Legal Nurse Consulting (LNC) Internships for new legal nurse consultants and Advanced LNC Fellowships for experienced LNCs wishing to Specialize. Clients have included accounting firms, law firms, insurance companies, the U.S. Government and new and experienced legal nurse consultants looking for a true hands-on approach to learning the skills needed to succeed as a legal nurse consultant.
