| A Legal Nurse Consultant for 19 years, Rose Clifford, RN, LNCC, has had an independent legal nurse consulting practice in rural Kentucky since 1995. She was an in-house legal nurse consultant to the Law Firm of Deutsch & Blumberg, a highly successful plaintiff law firm in Miami, Florida from 1986 through 1995, relocating to Kentucky. She remains an independent nursing consultant to the law firm to this day. | ||

| Rose Clifford, RN, LNCC, owns Medical Analysis Resources, Inc. She is an experienced national speaker and mentor. She has co-authored chapters on Medicare fraud and abuse in several nursing home litigation books and in a nursing malpractice book. Her firm specializes in the analysis of medical records for fact, merit and the detection of fraud.
