Fun things to do

If you wish to arrive in Kentucky a bit early, or stay a few days after your time with us is over, or if your family travels with you, below are some fun things in the area to do. Or call us and we'll give you some more ideas!

In the immediate area is Quiet Trails State Nature Preserve. It is open during daylight hours 7 days a week. It is about 1/2 mile from our facility. We also privately own a nice 130-acre wooded property with trails. It is excellent for camping, hiking, and fishing in the Licking River. Setter Ridge canoe and kayak rental is about 2 miles away. It, too, is on the Licking River, a long and largely unspoiled waterway: Setter Ridge Outfitters. In Cynthiana you may wish to visit the Museum or take the Civil War driving tour: Cynthiana Online. Reed's Orchard is just south of Cynthiana and is open spring through fall, Reed's.

In the Georgetown area, consider a tour of Toyota's large Camry plant: TMMK -|- Toyota Georgetown. Georgetown also has The Pavilion, Pavilion, for water sports for kids and adults. Georgetown is about 40 minutes from our location. It has several nice restaurants.

In Lexington, consider a visit to Henry Clay's home, Ashland, Ashland, or take in a concert or ball game at Rupp Arena. The Kentucky Horse park is nearby, Kentucky Horse Park, as are several museums, malls and numerous restaurants. Lexington is about 50 minutes from our office.

Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati offer the Newport Aquarium, Newport Aquarium, the Omnimax theater at Cincinnati Museum Center, Cincinnati Museum Center, and Kings Island, Paramount's Kings Island, an amusement park just north of Cincinnati. Greater Cincinnati is about 45 minutes north of us.
