Review Case Facts by Assessing the Medical Records and Analyzing the Attorney's Case by:
- Identifying, locating, reviewing and interpreting relevant medical records and billing records.
- Organize, tab, and paginate medical records for easy reference.
- Prepare chronologies of the medical sequence of events pertinent to the case issues.
- Summarize, translate and interpret medical records, billing records to enhance the attorney's understanding of the applicable medical treatment rendered as it relates to the culpable incident involved.
- Identify issues of tampering within the medical records - inaccuracies, fraud & billing errors.
- Identify any medical malpractice issues, if any, in the resulting treatment.
- Identify causation issues, assess damages/injuries and identify pre-existing and/or contributing factors.

- Interview plaintiff or defense clients, key witnesses and experts
- Collaboratively consult with health care providers regarding causation, damages and mechanism of injuries. We find health care providers are more open with us as nurses than with the attorney alone.
- Meet with medical consultants and other service providers on the Attorney's behalf.
Work with Experts and Other Witnesses
- Identify and locate types of testifying experts needed specific to your case - medical, nursing, forensic document examiners.
- Communicate and coordinate with appropriate expert witnesses for deposition and trial.
- Analyze potential experts' reports, work product and publications.
- Assist with experts' demonstrative evidence.
- Assist in preparing experts and witnesses for deposition and trial.
- Serve as fact witness and testify to the findings in the medical record.
Assist with Discovery and Trial Preparation
- Prepare questions for deposition or trial examination [direct or cross].
- Prepare medical aspect of interrogatories and requests for production.
- Analyze and summarize depositions and past testimony to identify inconsistencies with the appropriate medical records.
- Assist with exhibit preparation and other demonstrative evidence.
- Attend courtroom proceedings when requested.
- Assist with preparation of case resolutions through Alternative Dispute Resolution, Arbitration or Mediation by assisting with/ or putting together a demand package.
